3.1) Start PSoC Designer.
3.2) Complete the Start wizard dialog.
3.3) Select the Tools drop down menu.
3.4) Select the Options... submenu.
3.5) Select the Compiler tab at the top of the Options dialog.
3.6) Enter your Compiler license into the entry field.
3.7) Check the Accept box (if you agree with the EULA).
3.8) Select OK.
